This position is open to professionals ranging from Senior Manager to Director level, contingent upon the individual's demonstrated skills, leadership experience, and ability to contribute to our strategic objectives. As a critical member of our TAS leadership team, you will:

  • Spearheaded financial due diligence for M&A transactions, guiding a team of dedicated professionals to analyze and interpret the economic health of target companies.
  • Take charge of deal projects, ensuring direct and effective communication with partners and key stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Assess operational and financial trends, focusing on earnings quality, net assets, and critical cash flow drivers.
  • Conduct vendor due diligence, providing thorough and insightful analysis to inform transaction decisions.
  • Oversee client engagements, maintaining solid relationships with buyers, sellers, and financial advisors, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to deliver added value to clients, particularly in post-deal scenarios such as business integration.
  • Cultivate new and existing relationships to expand our service offerings and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage project timelines meticulously, ensuring all client expectations and critical issues are communicated effectively to prevent surprises.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, representing Grant Thornton with integrity and excellence in all interactions.
  • Lead and develop the Transaction Advisory Services Team, fostering a learning, growth, and collaboration culture.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance, complemented by at least 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting and financial due diligence.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and leading successful projects.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling capabilities.
  • A native THAI with a High level of proficiency in English (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
