Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities:

  • Perform research as assigned.
  • Support the preparation of proposals to prospective clients.
  • Support flowchart and report preparation, present and draft executive summaries.
  • Formulate meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of current processes to identify opportunities to eliminate non/low-value added work, automate or streamline value-added work to increase efficiencies or source work to optimise the capacity of staff and scalability of the operating model.
  • Facilitate process goal-setting to determine the degree of change required and align an appropriate method for process improvement.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree(s) in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in management consulting services is highly advantageous.
  • New graduate highly motivated to learn a new frontier, flexible and willing to take challenges in a dynamic environment with enthusiasm.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients individually and as a member of an engagement team.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)).
  • Highly motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy and demanding team-oriented environment (both with clients and within the organization).
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Strong desire to work in the management consulting industry and deep interest in the financial services industry.
